Rational’s iCombi Classic combi steamers offer versatile cooking options on multiple levels, including grilling, roasting, baking, steaming, stewing, blanching and poaching. With intelligent technologies such as an advanced measurement and control center and a powerful steam generator, the iCombi Classic ensures an even climate in the oven chamber and optimal steam saturation. As a result, dishes cook evenly on all levels with up to 10% less energy and water consumption. Operation is simple with soft-touch buttons, a twist/push button for selecting programs and a bright color display. The combi steamer accommodates up to 100 self-selectable programs with up to 12 steps per program for consistent results. The iCombi Classic 6-1/1 electric version features 6 levels in 1/1 GN format, suitable for different GN sizes for added flexibility. The self-cleaning system allows different cleaning settings to be selected, eliminating the need for costly descaling of the steam generator. It features integrated grease removal, a hand shower and several other convenient features for easier cleaning and better baking results. Other convenient features include a cool-down function for quick cooling, core temperature measurement with a core thermometer and energy-saving LED lighting for quick recognition of unit status.
