Return Policy – Hospitality Online Store
At Hospitality Online Store, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. However, should you wish to return an item, we offer a clear and fair return policy.
General Return Procedure
- Contact Us: If you wish to return a product, we kindly request that you first notify us of your return wish by email. This can be done via info@horecaonlinestore.nl. In your e-mail, please clearly state the reason for the return, the order number, and include a copy of the invoice. This will help us process your request more efficiently. In case of damage upon delivery, this should be reported immediately.
- Conditions for Acceptance of Returns:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased, complete and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- Make sure the product is properly packaged for return, preferably in its original packaging.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- If free shipping was applied to the original order based on a minimum order value, and the total amount of the order falls below this minimum order value due to a (partial) return, we reserve the right to charge the standard shipping costs retroactively. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be credited.
- Electronic components, used parts and accessories are excluded from return.
- Products may be refused for return if they do not meet our conditions.
Specific Conditions
Private Clients
- Any damage to the item must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery.
- You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- Only unused items can be returned.
- If the return conditions are met, the full purchase price of the item will be credited. (excluding shipping costs)
Corporate Customers
- Reflection period: You have 14 days for reflection after receiving the product.
- Restocking Fee: If the product has not been used and is still returned, we will charge 30% of the total purchase amount as a restocking fee.
- Any damage to the item must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- Only unused items can be returned.
- If the return conditions are met, the purchase price of the item will be credited. (excluding shipping and restocking fee)

- Check: Check the size and voltage of the equipment before ordering. Larger equipment may require a power connection.
