We strive to provide complete transparency so there are no surprises at checkout. In the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on orders over €300 (excluding VAT); otherwise, shipping costs are €9.95. In Belgium, we also offer free shipping on orders over €750 (excluding VAT); otherwise, shipping costs are €24.95.

- Local and Global Shipping: Our standard shipping rates apply to deliveries within the Netherlands (excluding the islands). However, we understand that your business needs know no boundaries. - Combined Shipping: When you order multiple products at the same time, we will combine the shipment whenever possible. This is not only more efficient, but it also allows us to minimize shipping costs for you.

Your order will usually be delivered within 1 to 3 business days. On the day of delivery, our carrier will provide you with an estimated delivery time so you know approximately what time your order will be delivered. If you are not home at that time, we will make a second delivery attempt the following day as standard. If you are not present at the delivery address during that second attempt, we will be forced to charge additional fees. We ask that you be available by phone for our delivery service in case they have any questions or need to make changes regarding the delivery of your order.
