The Rational iCombi Pro combi steamer opens up a world of possibilities for professional kitchens, with the ability to grill, roast, bake, steam, stew, blanch, poach or fry on multiple levels simultaneously.
The new iProductionManager system makes it easy to combine different loads simultaneously or prepare them one after the other, depending on the cooking process.

Removable guide frames, a maintenance-free grease trap, integrated hand shower and smooth stainless steel surfaces make cleaning easy. The extra-insulated glass door and athermic handle ensure safe and comfortable use.

Extended Functions

A powerful steam generator ensures optimal steam production even at lower temperatures. PowerSteam function increases steam production, ideal for Asian kitchens. Standard features include a core thermometer, Delta-T cooking options and an iCareSystem for self-cleaning.
