Description
This fryer with a capacity of 2 x 10 liters is ideally suited for the professional kitchen. Ideally suited for frying larger quantities at once, The fryer is perfect for frying different types of food such as fresh chips, vegetables, snacks. Cleaning is an easy chore, all parts are easy to remove or twist out of the way and easy to clean due to the stainless steel.
Because not all your products need to be fried at the same temperature, you can easily adjust the temperature via the convenient rotary knob. The temperature range is between 100°C and 190°C so ideal to adjust!
The fryer also features a removable lid, heat-resistant handle and rubber feet so the it will always stand firmly.
