This fry warmer works through a heating element mounted in the top of the unit. The heating element ensures that the fries stay at the right temperature, and at the same time the light ensures that you can always quickly and clearly see how much is left in the container.

The tray of the French fry warmer has a size of 1/1 gastronorm and is easily removable, so restocking is easy as is cleaning.
