Warranty period
- Duration of Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty period on all our devices. During this period, you can count on our full support for any defects.
Coverage of the Guarantee
- What is covered by the warranty?: The warranty covers defects that occur during normal use or due to manufacturing defects. This includes the cost of replacement parts and labor hours for repair, at no additional cost to you.
- Exceptions: Damage caused by improper use, user damage and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.
Transportation costs
- Shipping Costs: Please note that transportation costs for shipping the unit to Hospitality Online Store and returning it to you are at your own expense.
Repair outside the Warranty
- Cost for Defects Outside Warranty: If there is a defect outside the warranty period, repair costs will be charged. Before we proceed with repairs, we will provide you with an estimate of these costs. We repair only with your permission.
- Examination fee: If you decide not to have the repair carried out, we will charge an examination fee of €37.50. This is to cover the cost of detecting the complaint, which is often a time-consuming process requiring various tests and analyses.
- Application Investigation Charges: These charges also apply if the investigation reveals that the item is beyond repair, or if the complaint does not come to light during the investigation.
