Description
This fryer with a capacity of 2 x 30 liters is ideally suited for the professional kitchen. Ideally suited for frying larger quantities at once. The fryer is perfect for frying different types of food such as fresh chips, vegetables, snacks.
Cleaning is an easy chore, all parts are easy to remove, the grease is easy to change through the drain valves and because everything is stainless steel easy to clean.
The fryer has 2 thermostats so they can be used separately.
Because not all your products need to be fried at the same temperature, you can easily adjust the temperature via the handy rotary knob. The temperature range is between 50 and 200°C so ideal to adjust!
The fryer also features a removable lid, heat-resistant handle and rubber feet so the it will always stand firmly.
