HCB Bain marie – hotpot – 2 x 6 liters – 230V – stainless steel

This professional HCB stainless steel bain-marie, also known as a hot pot, is designed for keeping two different dishes warm and serving them. Thanks to the two separate 6-liter reservoirs, you can keep sauces, soups, stews, curries, vegetables, and other hot dishes organized and at the right temperature. This makes this compact bain-marie ideal for restaurants, buffets, catering companies, lunchrooms, company cafeterias, and other professional food service establishments.

The total capacity is 12 liters, divided between two containers. This allows you to serve two dishes at the same time without the flavors or cooking methods mixing. Food is kept warm using indirect heating in a water bath. This method helps keep dishes at a consistent temperature and is suitable for dishes that should not be placed directly on a heat source.

With a power rating of 1.2 kW and a 230 V connection, this hot pot is easy to use in professional kitchens and serving areas. You don’t need a special high-voltage connection. The compact design takes up very little space on a countertop, buffet, or serving counter. This makes the bain-marie a practical choice when you want to use the available space efficiently.

The stainless steel model is hygienic, durable, and easy to clean. After use, the appliance can be easily cleaned, ensuring it remains suitable for daily professional use. Thanks to its well-organized design and two spacious reservoirs, you can efficiently serve hot dishes during busy service and buffet times.
