This professional HCB stainless steel electric griddle from the 700 Series is suitable for restaurants, snack bars, lunchrooms, hotels, catering companies, and other professional foodservice kitchens. The smooth, chrome-plated cooking surface measures 74 × 56.5 cm, providing ample space to prepare multiple items at the same time.

The chrome-plated griddle is suitable for a wide range of uses, such as cooking hamburgers, meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches. The smooth surface minimizes food from sticking and is easy to clean after use. In addition, chrome gives off less heat to the surrounding area than a conventional griddle, which is pleasant during long shifts in a professional kitchen.

The baking plate has two separately adjustable heating zones, each with a power of 4.5 kW. With a total power of 9 kW, the appliance heats up quickly and distributes the heat evenly across the baking surface. The thermostatic temperature control can be set for each zone from 100 °C to 300 °C. This allows you to prepare different items simultaneously at their own specific temperatures.

A safety thermostat protects against overheating. The indicator lights clearly show when the griddle is turned on and when the heating zones are active. The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect your workspace from grease splatters.
