This professional HCB electric griddle from the 700 Series is designed for heavy-duty use in restaurants, snack bars, lunchrooms, hotels, catering companies, and other professional foodservice kitchens. The fully ribbed cooking surface, measuring 74 × 56.5 cm, offers ample space to prepare multiple items at the same time.

The deep ridges create distinctive grill marks on hamburgers, meat, chicken, fish, and vegetables. In addition, excess fat and cooking juices can drain away between the ridges. This promotes efficient cooking and gives grilled foods a professional appearance. The griddle is suitable for a wide range of applications where a recognizable grilled finish is desired.

Thanks to the two separately adjustable heating zones, you can prepare different foods at the same time. Each zone has a power output of 4.5 kW and can be individually adjusted via a thermostat from 100 °C to 300 °C. This allows you to adjust the temperature of each cooking zone to suit the dish you’re preparing. For example, you can grill meat at a higher temperature while cooking vegetables or other foods at a lower setting.

The electric griddle has a total power output of 9 kW and operates on a 400V connection. The thermostatic temperature control helps maintain a constant set temperature. A safety thermostat protects against overheating. The indicator lights make it easy to see when the appliance is turned on and when the cooking zones are heating up.

The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect your workspace from grease splatters. Cooking juices drain through the grease drain into the removable grease tray. This makes cleaning after use more convenient. The stainless steel housing, freestanding design, and adjustable legs make this griddle suitable for installation in a professional 700 cooking line.
