Description
This fryer with a capacity of 2 x 21 liters is ideally suited for the professional kitchen. Ideally suited for frying larger quantities at once. The fryer is perfect for frying different types of food such as fresh chips, vegetables, snacks.
Because not all your products need to be fried at the same temperature, you can easily adjust the temperature via the convenient rotary knob. The frying pan is heated with propane gas so it always stays at the right temperature!
The fryer also features a removable lid, heat-resistant handle and rubber feet so the it will always stand firmly.
