This professional HCB stainless steel deep fryer is suitable for heavy-duty use in restaurants, snack bars, cafeterias, food trucks, catering companies, and other food service kitchens. With a generous 14-liter capacity, you can efficiently prepare larger quantities of french fries, snacks, fish, oliebollen, and other fried foods. The fryer has a maximum oil capacity of 14 liters and a minimum oil capacity of 11.5 liters.

Thanks to its 3 kW power rating, the electric deep fryer quickly reaches the desired temperature. The adjustable thermostat can be set from 50 to 200 °C. This allows you to easily adjust the temperature for different types of foods. The temperature indicator light clearly shows when the heating element is active, so you can easily monitor the appliance’s operation.

The included fry basket measures 23.5 × 25.5 × 12 cm and holds approximately 1.7 kg of fries. This makes this commercial fryer ideal for efficient cooking during peak service times. The heat-resistant handle ensures safe and comfortable operation when filling and emptying the basket.
