Description
The professional HCB stainless steel deep fryer is suitable for the foodservice industry and commercial kitchens where large quantities of french fries and snacks are prepared. Thanks to its generous 14-liter capacity, this deep fryer offers ample space for professional use.
The deep fryer is made of stainless steel, a durable and hygienic material choice for professional kitchens. The built-in oil drain valve makes it easy to drain the oil and facilitates a convenient cleaning process.
The temperature can be precisely adjusted from 30 °C to 190 °C, giving you control over a variety of frying methods. With a power output of 12 kW, the fryer operates powerfully and efficiently on propane. The battery-powered electronic ignition ensures convenient start-up.
Please note: This deep fryer is designed exclusively for use with liquid oil.
