This professional stainless steel 4-burner gas range with an integrated gas oven from HCB is designed for heavy-duty use in professional foodservice kitchens. The range combines four powerful gas burners with a spacious static oven, allowing you to cook, bake, and braise simultaneously. Thanks to its layout, it is a practical choice for restaurants, hotels, catering companies, commercial kitchens, and other professional foodservice environments.

The cooking section features three 6.5-kW gas burners and one extra-powerful 9-kW burner. Each burner can be controlled individually, allowing you to precisely adjust the heat to suit your cooking needs. This means you can cook at high heat or simmer gently. The Italian flame system ensures rapid heating and efficient heat distribution. The removable cast-iron pot supports provide a stable base for various types of cookware.

The built-in gas oven has a capacity of 93 liters and accommodates 2/1 GN trays. With three rack levels, you can make flexible use of the available oven space. The temperature is adjustable from 140 °C to 300 °C. The powerful bottom heat is suitable for a wide variety of oven cooking methods. Thanks to the piezoelectric ignition, you can easily start the oven. The pilot light and thermocouple safety feature ensure safe operation.

The double-walled, thermally insulated oven door helps retain heat inside the oven cavity. The spring-loaded hinges and full-width heat-resistant handle make opening and closing the oven practical for everyday use. The range is constructed entirely of stainless steel and features height-adjustable legs. This allows it to integrate with a professional 700 cooking line and lets you adjust the working height from 85 to 90 cm.

The cooktop and oven are designed for natural gas as standard. Nozzles for conversion to propane are included.
