This professional stainless steel gas griddle from HCB, featuring a smooth chrome-plated cooking surface, is a versatile choice for restaurants, snack bars, lunchrooms, hotels, catering companies, and other professional foodservice kitchens. The griddle is 80 cm wide and, with a cooking surface measuring 74 × 56.5 cm, offers ample space to prepare multiple items at the same time.

The smooth, chrome-plated cooking surface is suitable for a wide variety of foods, such as hamburgers, meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches. The chrome coating prevents food from sticking and ensures even heat distribution. In addition, the surface emits less heat into the surrounding area than a conventional griddle, which is beneficial during intensive use in a professional kitchen.

The gas griddle has two independently adjustable heating zones. Each zone is heated by a powerful 6.5 kW gas burner. Together, the burners deliver a total output of 13 kW. This allows you to prepare different items at the same time and set each baking zone separately to the desired temperature. The temperature range of 80 °C to 300 °C offers flexibility for both gentle cooking and high-heat baking.

Thanks to the piezoelectric ignition, you can easily start the appliance. The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect the surrounding area from grease splatters. A grease drain and removable grease tray make it easier to remove cooking juices and perform daily cleaning.

The freestanding model features a base without a door and is made entirely of stainless steel. The height-adjustable legs allow the working height to be adjusted to match other equipment. As a result, this professional gas griddle fits within an HCB 700 cooking line. The unit is designed for natural gas as standard. Nozzles for conversion to propane are included.
