This professional HCB stainless steel griddle from the 700 Series is designed for heavy-duty use in restaurants, snack bars, lunchrooms, hotels, catering companies, and other professional food service kitchens. With a width of 80 cm, this smooth griddle offers a spacious cooking surface measuring 74 × 56.5 cm. This makes it easy to prepare multiple items at the same time.

The completely smooth cooking surface is suitable for a wide variety of dishes, such as hamburgers, meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches. Thanks to the even contact surface, ingredients are heated uniformly, allowing for precise cooking. This makes the griddle a versatile addition to any professional kitchen where speed and consistent cooking quality are essential.

The baking sheet features two independently adjustable heating zones. Each zone has a power output of 4.5 kW, for a total power output of 9 kW. The thermostatic temperature control can be set for each zone from 100 °C to 300 °C. This allows you to prepare different items simultaneously at their own specific temperatures. The powerful electric heating element ensures rapid heating and even heat distribution across the baking surface.

A safety thermostat helps protect the baking sheet from overheating. The indicator lights clearly show when the appliance is turned on and when the heating zones are active. The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect your workspace from grease splatters while baking.

Excess fat and cooking juices are directed through the grease drain to the removable grease collection tray. This makes daily cleaning more convenient. The stainless steel housing is suitable for professional use. Thanks to the height-adjustable legs, you can set the working height from 85 to 90 cm. The baking sheet fits within a professional 700 cooking line.
