This professional HCB electric griddle from the 700 Series combines a smooth and ribbed cooking surface in a single versatile griddle. With a width of 80 cm, there is plenty of space to cook multiple items at the same time. The griddle is suitable for restaurants, snack bars, lunchrooms, hotels, catering companies, food trucks, and other professional foodservice kitchens.

The combined cooking surface consists of one smooth half and one ribbed half. The smooth side is ideal for cooking eggs, fish, vegetables, hamburgers, and other foods that require an even cooking surface. The ribbed side creates distinctive grill marks on meat, hamburgers, chicken, and other grilled foods. Excess fat and cooking juices can drain away between the ridges, contributing to a professional-quality cooking result.

Thanks to the two separately adjustable heating zones, you can set each half independently. Each zone has a power output of 4.5 kW and is thermostatically adjustable from 100 °C to 300 °C. This allows you to cook different items at the same time at the correct temperature. The powerful electric heating element ensures rapid heating and even heat distribution across the cooking surface.

The thermostatic temperature control ensures consistent cooking. A safety thermostat protects against overheating. The indicator lights make it easy to see whether the baking sheet is turned on and whether the heating zones are active. The raised splash guard on the back and sides helps protect your workspace from grease splatters.

A grease drain and removable grease tray make draining cooking juices and daily cleaning more convenient. The stainless steel housing is designed for heavy-duty use in a professional kitchen. Thanks to the height-adjustable legs, you can set the working height from 85 to 90 cm. The baking sheet is designed for use in a professional 700 cooking line.
