The HCB Stainless Steel Lava Grill from the 700 Series is a powerful professional gas grill designed for restaurants, cafeterias, catering companies, food trucks, and other foodservice kitchens. With a width of 80 cm and a grilling surface of 740 × 500 mm, this lava stone grill offers plenty of space to prepare multiple servings at once. Think hamburgers, steaks, chicken, fish, skewers, and grilled vegetables.

The two powerful stainless steel gas burners deliver a combined output of 18 kW. Thanks to the two separately adjustable heating zones, you can tailor the heat in each section to the product and the desired cooking method. This allows you to grill different ingredients at the same time or use just one zone when demand is lower.

The lava stones ensure even heat distribution across the grill surface and give dishes the characteristic grilled flavor you’d expect from a lava stone grill. The removable cast-iron grill grates provide a stable base and are easy to take apart for cleaning. The lava stones can also be removed, making daily maintenance a breeze.

The all-stainless-steel housing is suitable for heavy-duty use in professional kitchens and is easy to keep clean. The piezoelectric ignition makes starting the grill easy. Thermocouples ensure a safe gas supply during operation. The grill comes standard for natural gas; the included nozzles allow for conversion to propane.
