The HCB Stainless Steel Lava Grill from the 700 Series is a powerful professional gas grill designed for restaurants, cafeterias, catering companies, corporate cafeterias, and other foodservice kitchens. Thanks to its generous width of 120 cm, this lava stone grill offers plenty of space for cooking multiple servings at the same time. Effortlessly grill hamburgers, steaks, chicken, fish, skewers, sausages, and vegetables during busy service periods.

The three powerful stainless steel gas burners deliver a combined output of 27 kW. Each burner can be controlled individually, allowing you to create three separate heating zones. This lets you prepare different items at the same time, each at its own temperature. It’s also possible to use just one or two zones when demand is lower, which helps you use the available heat more efficiently.

The lava stones ensure even heat distribution across the grill surface and give dishes the characteristic grilled flavor of a traditional lava stone grill. The removable cast-iron grill grates provide a sturdy base for a wide variety of grilling items. Because the grates and lava stones are easy to remove, daily maintenance remains straightforward and practical.

The all-stainless-steel housing is suitable for heavy-duty use in professional kitchens and is easy to keep clean. The piezoelectric ignition makes starting the gas grill a breeze. Thermocouples ensure a safe gas supply while grilling. The lava grill is designed for natural gas as standard and comes with nozzles for conversion to propane.
