HCB Lavagrill – 70S – lava stone – 9 kW – 40 cm – natural gas – stainless steel

The HCB Stainless Steel Lava Grill from the 700 Series is a professional gas grill designed for restaurants, snack bars, catering companies, food trucks, and other foodservice kitchens. With this lava stone grill, you can cook meat, fish, vegetables, and other grilled items with a distinctive, characteristic grilled flavor. The lava stones distribute heat evenly across the grill surface, ensuring that food is cooked consistently.

Thanks to its powerful 9 kW gas output, this commercial lava grill is suitable for intensive daily use. The heat output is adjustable, allowing you to tailor the temperature to different cooking methods. The 31 x 51 cm grilling surface offers enough space to cook multiple servings at once, without the grill taking up unnecessary space.

The all-stainless-steel housing is practical for professional kitchens and easy to keep clean. The removable cast-iron grill grate makes cleaning even easier. The lava stones and other parts are also easy to remove. The piezoelectric ignition ensures a user-friendly start, while the thermocouple helps ensure a safe gas supply.

This gas lava grill comes standard for natural gas. Thanks to the included nozzles, the unit can be converted to propane. The open base provides storage space under the grill for kitchen supplies. The height-adjustable legs ensure stable placement and make the grill suitable for integration into a professional HCB 700 Series cooking line.
