The sausage stuffer is made almost entirely of stainless steel. The housing, base plate, cylinder, shaft, pressure plate, screw ring, filling tubes, and fasteners are made of stainless steel. This makes the machine suitable for professional use and supports hygienic working practices. After use, the sausage filler can be easily cleaned. In addition, the entire discharge section can be removed, allowing you to easily access the parts that come into contact with the meat mixture during filling.

With two speed settings, you can adjust the filling rates to suit your desired preparation. A lower speed ensures precise dosing, while the higher speed is useful when you want to process larger quantities. The pressure plate is equipped with a vent hole and is fully sealed with a gasket. This ensures that the filling is directed evenly to the discharge section.
