This professional HCB gas range from the 700 Series is designed for heavy-duty use in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, commercial kitchens, and other professional foodservice kitchens. With six powerful gas burners, you have plenty of cooking space and can use multiple pans and prepare different dishes simultaneously. This makes this wide commercial range ideal for kitchens where speed, capacity, and flexibility are key.

The burner configuration consists of four 6.5-kW burners and two extra-powerful 9-kW burners. Together, they deliver a total output of 44 kW. The heavy-duty 9 kW burners are ideal for large pans, stockpots, and dishes that require a lot of heat quickly. The four 6.5 kW burners also offer versatile heat distribution for everyday cooking, baking, simmering, and food preparation.

The stainless steel gas stove is equipped with manual ignition and pilot lights. The removable cast-iron pot supports provide a stable base for pots and pans and make it easier to clean the cooking surface. Thanks to the open base without doors, the space under the stove remains easily accessible for pots, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies.
