The HCB Sushi Display Case is a professional freestanding refrigerated display case designed for the chilled presentation of sushi, tapas, salads, sandwiches, and other fresh dishes. Thanks to its spacious 180 cm size, this display case offers ample presentation space for food service establishments that want to display their products in an attractive and organized manner.

The display case features curved glass, giving customers a clear view of the contents. This makes the sushi display case suitable for placement on a counter, buffet, or serving station in, for example, a sushi restaurant, tapas bar, lunchroom, catering company, or company cafeteria. Products can be displayed chilled without compromising visibility.

Inside, there is space for five 1/2 GN containers. These containers are included and provide a practical way to organize different dishes and ingredients. By using Gastronorm containers, you can neatly organize your selection and easily restock or swap items during busy times.

The static cooling system cools the display case. The temperature is adjustable from 0 to +12 °C and can be digitally controlled via the DIXELL temperature control system. In addition, the unit features a unique cooling cycle that helps reduce frost buildup. The anti-condensation system ensures a clear view of the displayed products.

The compact countertop design makes this sushi display case suitable for placement on an existing counter or countertop. Thanks to the adjustable feet, the display case can be positioned securely.
