HCB Watergrill – 70S – 15 kW – 80 cm – natural gas – stainless steel

The 80-cm HCB stainless steel water grill is a professional dual-zone steam grill designed for foodservice establishments that need high-capacity grilling. Thanks to the two separate grilling zones, you can cook different items at the same time and control each zone independently. For example, you can grill meat at a high temperature while simultaneously cooking fish or vegetables at a lower setting.

The two powerful gas burners deliver a combined output of 15 kW. Water trays are located beneath the removable cast-iron grill grates to catch grease and meat juices. This helps minimize smoke and unwanted flare-ups while grilling. The rising water vapor helps ensure even cooking of meat, fish, vegetables, and other grilled items.

The grill is made entirely of stainless steel and features a closed base cabinet with two doors. The integrated grease and grill residue tray makes daily maintenance easy. Thanks to the adjustable legs, the working height can be adjusted up to approximately 900 mm. The water grill fits into a professional 700 cooking line.

The appliance is designed for natural gas as standard. Nozzles for conversion to propane are included.
